It's gotta be fake because

a) It would look super stretched and distorted because she's knocked up. This lady I know had big cats tattooed on her stomach as well as a pubic tattoo. The cats' arms looked all 'roided up. It was funny.

b) It's super risky getting a tattoo while pregnant. You have to sign a waiver and everything.
