It sure seems like Fredericks is hot and Spike is not.

I have a feeling that he'll be left in a swimming pool to drown.

I went with Spike because I think he'd be the first to fight dirty.  Of course, Fredericks did give the impression that he's seen a bumfight or two in his day, so who knows what he learned from that.  But in the end, I don't think he'd have the cardio to last very long.

If Fredericks can maintain his energy and if he didn't run away, I think he could take Spike. And it seems like he's the type of person who could be tazered and never notice. I imagine he's like a Frankenstein's monster-zombie hybrid.
I think Fredericks might be a coward, though, and if he started running away, Spike would beat him to death with a mace.
I have a long history of booing

It has to be Spike. Fredericks seems slightly unhinged, but you don't get the sense that if he snapped he'd turn violent.

I have really like Fredericks but Tom is right -- he's buying into his own shtick, now.  He's Jeremy Shockey, he's Joe the Plumber -- he is going to go sour faster than half-price milk.

Spike has endurance, does not smoke, has amazingly strong calves from peeping into windows -- Spike wins.

Fredericks.  Sure, Spike's a tough guy when he has a client strapped into the whupping chair, but in a brawl I think he'd curl into a ball and bawl.  (God, I don't know what possessed me there--I'm sorry.)

I'm going with Spike - he's not afraid of blood, his own or yours either.

Fredericks might be dangerous to beat though if he was chasing Spike down in that  ratty old '76 Chrysler Cordoba he putts around NPR in. Spike'd have to go all Death Proof on Fredericks though if that happened, either that or join forces and drive to Atlantic City together.

Spike. Always. Whether Fredericks has "it" or not--and I won't argue that he doesn't--he doesn't have the texture Spike has. Sure, Fredericks is up-front and unhinged, but I know a million guys just like him. He's cheap fun and he won't replace the old-friend vibe guys like Spike brings to the table.
I will never almost regret always

I'm voting Spike to stay on his good side. I never want my skin to be used as a jump-suit is all I'm sayin'.
