What did you have for lunch today?

I started this post just so I could say that I ate at the Fargo Rib Fest.

It was good but gross because I shared some cheese curds with a co-worker and felt a little ill.

The "Hotter than H" hot sauce was a totally disappointmen as I covered my whole sandwich in it expecting to breath fire. It was more like ketchup with a hint of tobasco even though there was a red siren light on top of the cooler dispenser. I have a picture if you need a visual.

Leftover pizza I made last night. My pizza dough is becoming masterful these days.

Subway flatbread.  Mmm, gummy.

spinach, red peppers, radishes, one hard boiled egg, a small piece of red snapper.

Nothing but water and chewing gum.   








And some cigarettes.

i had left over jerk tofu with "rice and peas" which is rice cooked in coconut milk.  i refuse to cook rice in water ever again.

This is the most shocking thing I've seen today, and I've seen some shocking stuff.

I had a great Friday night dinner to look forward to, so for lunch I ended up slobbing it out with some simple macaroni and meatballs.

Soba noodles w/grapefruit, goat's cheese and avocado. Mmmmm.

Captain Gordons Fishsticks and some sweet tea.

A cupcake and some hot tea. Not the healthiest, but whatevs.
