I'd heard about them trying to retcon their music and act like they were preaching Christianity all along, but hadn't seen that video before, and terrible sums it up pretty well. Watching that live footage from their shows, I can't help but wonder what their concerts smelled like-- pretty bad, I suspect.

Finally got around to watching this. They specifically state in that video that the comedians are there for "your laughter and/or heckling pleasures", which is perhaps the next level that caller mentioned.

I predict Jimmy JJ Walkers set about how he mistakenly thought he was headlining a juggling festival will be ruined by one well flung bottle of peach faygo to the face. At that point Rowdy Roddy will jump off the stage to confront the crowd with his bare hands, providing just enough cover for Pauly Shore to recover Jimmy's unconscious body before the hatchets come out.
