songs to make the subway go faster
« on: August 05, 2009, 02:04:26 PM »
I'm new to riding the subway every day. It's definitely kind of fascinating, but I also want some big dumb rock songs to listen to on headphones to give it some forward momentum and make the trip faster. I usually listen to rambling/ponderous stuff at home while I'm working, but I think the opposite would be good when you're trying to stay awake and motivated. Somehow today "Love in an Elevator" motivated my subway ride a little more, if that tells you where I'm setting the bar.

The Supersuckers  in rock mode.  "Creepy Jackalope Eye" (666) version

or "Rock and Roll Records Ain't selling This Year".
