Thinking about Zachary Brimstead, how did he get his "esquire" title? Isn't that reserved for people with law degrees? As in, "Roderick J. Martinez, Esq."

Does ZB have a highly educated past we've never heard about before?

Yes.  They both attended a Prong show in 1991 at L'Amour in Brooklyn.
