Right-click on the M3U link and select the appropriate option in your browser to save it to your disk. Open the saved M3U file in a text editor to see the MP3 link.

Do you mean to "Save As" and put the file in my Local Drive C? What is this text editor?

If you use Mozilla as your browser, you can download the M3U ripper add-on which will allow you to rip the M3U directly to MP3.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3023

I don't know if other browers have similar accessories.

I'll probably go into the wee hours.

Is this problem that it does not download them at all?  I'm guessing that add-on doesn't recognize non-mp3 files/formats...?

[edited per messages below...]

If you can figure out a way to download the files, you can manually download the RM files and then convert them back to mp3, if you want.

http://www.rm-mp3.org/  seems to do that relatively straightforwardly.

I imagine audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) could do it too...

WFMU violates its music licenses if people are able to directly download its archives.

(By the way, on the Mac, you can use ffmpegX, plus some files from inside of the Realplayer.app bundle to convert from .rm to mp3 or m4a).

Yeah, hint hint Matthew_S.  Maybe something like the above is best saved for private messaging?
Oh, good heavens. I didn’t realize. I send my condolences out to the rest of the O’Connor family.

I edited that info out but I got that information (via private messaging) from the station itself...

Couldnt get this to work I wasnt sure where to send it to inside the C Drive, so I just downloaded it to my converted files folder and it still was an MP3 file. Pretty sure ive tried converting it with Audacity before and it didnt work unless the version mentioned above is a new Audacity. Im going to try the Mozilla add on since thats the browser I use.
