Any FOTs using US Fidelis for their cars

Hi guys,
  Just wondering if anyone is having any good experiences with the US Fidelis car repair service.  I'm half interested, but keep hearing bad things.  Yet their ad campaign keeps getting strongers.  Hopefully not on the dimes of suckers.

  I trust the FOTs to relate any and all stories, personal experience, and hearsay.
