Title: Can't remember: Author who wrote hilarious letters to companies
Post by: JeffreyC on July 20, 2015, 02:21:39 PM
There was an author that Tom had as a guest a number of years ago who wrote really absurd letters to companies, many of which sent serious responses. I cannot remember this author's name nor the book he wrote. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

thanks!

Was it Barry Marder?  I don't recall the episode, but that guy wrote a book under a pseudonym that seems to fit the description...

There was series of books called "Letters From A Nut" by an author using the pseudonym Ted L. Nancy as well.
I know that Jerry Seinfeld wrote the forewords for those.
