I posted about this on Twitter - but thought I'd ask the questions here as well!
What were your favorite S&W calls from 2015?
Many have said Newbridge Wall, Bruce from Rumson, Raccoon Face, Bryce final Dead show,
Best listener calls from 2015?
Bebe, Mattress Man, Avalanche Bob, Charley Morgan, etc.
Best Tom non-call bits from 2015?
Showbiz Crimes, Worst Celeb iPod, Sound Collage, The Patti Smith Story, etc.
If you want to go the EXTRA MILE, let me know the date of the show your selection was in or at least what show it was in.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?!?!

That Bryce final Dead show was my favorite.
The part about during the half hour songs the Dead guys are up there working on cars and no one notices. Funniest thing I heard all year.
-
In terms of guests (in-studio or via phone), Kevin McDonald on 9/23/15.
-
S&W bits: Newbridge wall (obviously), Mark Rample, Chad Gufton from Pepperbridge and his many bands.
Calls: Avalanche Bob's first, Imogen from Portland and her godmother (?), Angus from Edinburrow and his British cultural educatings of Tom.
Non-calls: Mike Francesa ribbing, Sasparilla the Singing Gorilla, the Sound Collage with added "Touch me"
-
Elevator Shame, Chad Gufton from Pepperbridge, Newbridge Wall and Bee Gees Whiz
The creation of the Scorcese-verse. Kevin Corrigan's acting clinic. The revival of Staten Island Garbage Rats. Nathan Fielder and Tom talking about Sully Sullenberger.
-
January 21, towards the end of the show. Faceless Man - Worn ("Tom asks the listeners to help identify the one untagged song in his iTunes").
April 15? - "Name My Band" with Julie Klausner.
May 1 - One on One with Gary the Squirrel - Andy Kindler.
November 11 - Mary Houlihan.
Anything to do with AP Mike's songs, of course.
-
Besides all of Bebe's calls, my favorite listener call that I can remember off the top of my head was the birth of Toronto's Sex Dwarf Alex.
-
Lots to love, but the one that immediately comes to mind is the Garrett Thanksgiving dinner conversation.

This and the Bryce Dead call.
-
The Jim Morrison Diner along with Julie Klausner's Morrison impression, anything about the Oakwood, The Best and Worst Character lists, Tony Soprano's "who's dis?" making the collage, The Newbridge Wall. That's all off the top of my head.
As for callers Grace the Lawyer is top notch, Bebe, all of the Bowling Alley confessors, the boozy film student who calls into the HHOP, Angus from Edenbrough, as well as all the returning greats.
-
Ones I liked: the Philly Boy Roy call in the summer where the killer statue stabs him in the end, or the Wurster call where David Miscavige (name mispronounced) attacks the caller, Mattress Man, the Dawn of Peeping Last Callers, and how Tom hung up on me for being a Russian-speaking wiseass.
-
Anything Charlie Morgan related.
-
I second the Kevin Corrigan in-studio, his musings on Rambo and Goodfellas, "Oh yea?", were great.
-
Anything Charlie Morgan related.
How could I forget? I second that.
-
My vote for favorite show theme is Worst Fictional Characters of All Time.
Favorite S&W bit was Percy Hobart's "Ultimate Boner" call on 7/24.
Favorite AP Mike moments: "Get on the Mike" and the uniquely creepy "yoga pants" comment.
-
I have no idea what category it could qualify for since it technically happened on the HHOP, but Mike's "clown in a porno shop" story is one of my favorite moments from the history of the Best Show. "We all have our needs..."

WHAT DO YOU THINK?!?!
Tim Heidecker as the Muppet insider was great and the sound collage of Joe Rogan lifting weights brings me into hysterics.
-
when Charlie Morgan swore and Tom and Mike's reaction

This is a little late for the best of show, but I just remembered one of the funniest things of the year was when Tom was talking about how the streets were always wet in Eyes Wide Shut, and then how H-Man chimed in with how it's called a "wet-down". Everything about that was perfect.
