I missed the show, listening to it now, saw the list.....
Anybody say "Box" from Logan's Run, then have it turned down?
"Proteus IV", the computer with Robert Vaughn's voice from Demon Seed?
The robots ("Huey","Dewey", and "Louie") from Silent Running?
"Nomad" from the original Star Trek?
"Robot (really "Android Replacement") Kirk" from the original Star Trek?
The robot ("Hector") from Saturn Three?
The robot ("Grid") from Starship aka Lorca and the Outlaws aka 2084?
"JohnnyCab" from Total Recall?

....and in the last thirty minutes somebody mentions Box and Tom turns it down!
We need a slogan!

If I remember/heard it correctly I don't think Tom remember who Box was. During the call I was "yelling to myself" the super shiny silver guy! I don't think that was mentioned.

I missed the beginning of the show so I don't know if someone suggested him and it was rejected, or if nobody brought him up. But I was surprised that Bender from Futurama didn't make the top 10.

I've never called the show before in 10 years of listening, but I was tempted to call this one just to suggest the Bee Gees robots from the Sgt. Pepper movie.

Thanks, Krok. I vaguely remember that show. The memory is so vague that I may have on watched it while passing through a room when I was a teenager. Do people still use the term "teenager?"
