Title: what is the show tom reviews a sufjan stevens album?

is this the forum/thread for this? apologies if it's not

there is a show where tom goes track by track reviewing a sufjan album, think he comments on the strings/flute at one point. it's def a WFMU show but that's all i know as far as date range, probably after 2004. i can't find it on the archives doing a ctrl +f search

i need this, it was hilarious.
