Title: Ferrets on PBS

Several days ago, there was an hourlong show on PBS about people who raise ferrets and present them in ferret shows, much like dog shows.  It was great -- the people talking passionately about ferrets, their great love in life, and the oddity of it all.  It was much like Best in Show, but without that supercilious-yet-smarmy quality that has been much discussed here in regard to Christopher Guest movies.  At least, I didn't think it had that quality.

My parents have a ferret, named Petey. He is more loved that us kids, I think. Ferrets are pretty cute, but really stinky.
