Title: Spike
Post by: dave from knoxville on August 06, 2007, 02:44:11 PM
I am just getting around to listening to the Patton Oswalt visitation. During Spike's first call, Tom suggests that perhaps he and Spike should team up for a radio show, since Tom is "putting himself on the market."

Describe an episode of the Spikeling show.

Spike is not the most exciting, I don't think it would work.

I think it could be a sex advice call-in show, sort of be like that Dan Savage column that's in every alternative weekly, except that (1) Spike would give out pretty mediocre advice and (2) Tom would be consistenty grossed out by every single call.

Plausible because (1) Spike would live up to that prediction and (2) Tom would really wear out the phrase "Ewww Boy".

It would be three hours of people calling up, naming a celebritiy and Spike goofing on that celebrity's name

"Orson Welles"
"Orson Smells"
"Paris Hilton"
"France Hellton"
"Drew Barrymore"
"Shoe Strawberry"
"Gerard Depardieu"
"Airhead Department-of-Glue"
"Alan Alda"
"Alan A-Great-American-a"
