Title: I love the idea of a belt whipping league, What would the rules be?

I'm a little upset that MMA and UFC was getting bad mouthed on the last show
since I'm a big fan of the octagon.

But the discussion about the new rock flinging league brightened my day.

If there was a belt league there would have to be:

1. no grabbing of the other persons belt
2. matches are won by the player executing quality lashes and ring generalmanship or verbal tapout by the opponent or knock out

that's as far as I got

I would think that there would be  limits on buckle size/shape/usage.

It should be noted that per Dom Scharpling (RIP?) on the 5/15/07 show belt whipping matches take place inside a massive plexiglass container that he compared to a Charles Chips cannister (lid included).

Belt materials would be an issue, leather? Ammo belts?

No hitting above the neck.
