Yeah, I've seen this before... it's really funny but I read that it is probably fake, which of course is not at all surprising. Even still, it's good for a larf.

The "fuck" translation thing (if not this particular example) is in fact quite common and likely the result of a widespread but horrible machine translator.

One of the comments in that post explains why it's not fake (http://www.rahoi.com/2006/03/may-i-take-your-order/#comment-924). I'm not a Chinese language professor, but everything the guy says seems very plausible.
