Hey what the heck happened to my old account? I leave for a month or two, am one of the 53 people listening to the podcast and poof I am gone. Sad times indeed.

Wow, last week's show was a L. What the hell was up with the callers.

When a bogus Bill Murray story is the caller highlight we have entered the dark time.

How the heck is everyone?!?

I bought a beat up old house in Oak Park and am spending all of my time trying to replace everything <sigh> that public interest lawyer money sadly does not afford me fat bank with which to hire contractors. I'm off to cut moulding. Glad to be back!

Hey Richard,
I wondered what happened to you. Oak Park's the only 'burb I consider part of the city. Thanks for namechecking the Chicago Underground Library on the VersionFest edition of Bad At Sports. You're a fine American... or whoever did that is a fine American.

Tom seems to blame the FOT Chat's recent boom for the dearth of interesting calls. I would hustle the board to call in, but I've only called in twice, and I've been nervous and incoherent both times. When callers like Evan From Providence crash and burn, I feel for them, and I want to avoid their fate.

Last week's show was tough: Air America fucked up, there were a lot of GOMPs, the Bill Murray story was a lousy, lousy running gag, and the Petey saga has taken some weird turns. But the recent shows have been more good than not. You can't recognize a W if you've never seen an L.

Air America, on the other hand, is deep, deep in the crapper.
