I had no idea that the narrator from "The People's Court" was also striking. I was blindsighted when, whilst getting my daily intake of the show, the music cues and the shot of the door opening results in a marquee across the bottom of the screen informing me that there will be no accusatory narration due to the writer's guild strike. I felt as lost and vulnerable as a <insert witty quip here>. [I'm not funny guys]

Be like all the best writers and STEAL: "... rattlesnake at a Thai wedding."
Seriously, I know we can't talk about this here too much, but a certain detective show on a certain basic cable network just had its season finale, episode 1 of which was written by a certain radio show host.
I've watched the show since its inception (since before I knew it had any connection to the Best Show or WFMU) and, about that episode, which MAY have been written very quickly and under a great deal of coffee and stress, I have to say...
I didn't like it.
I loved it!
