Title: Mouse Sounds?
Post by: folksnake on February 26, 2008, 09:22:21 AM
Okay, this is completely minor and everything, especially just before the marathon shows, but who else am I gonna ask?

Is it just me, or do the sounds of Tom clicking his mouse seem MUCH louder lately? Should we get him a new, silent mouse? Won't this show up on the S&W CD's? Is it because of the different studio they're in right now? Is this too much Inside Baseball? Do I have to worry about a neurological condition of some sort (again!)?

I tend to listen while driving around--and even above the road sounds I can hear the clicking. I made the mistake of pointing it out to my girlfriend (cries to heaven: "WHY do I do these things??!!")

Feel free to yell at me for focusing on the non-essential (I know I am), but at least tell me I'm not crazy. Somebody.

It might just be Studio B, because the typing is loud, too.

I think it's because he's in the submarine these days.  Let's see what happens when he moves back to the regular studio.

You may still be crazy, though.  This just isn't one of the symptoms.

The mouse clicks are totally unacceptable.

That squeaky chair could use an oiling too.  ..or perhaps maybe they're doing all these things on purpose in order to showcase the studios as being rickety (fundraising tools).

I LOVE the squeaky chair sound, because it also sounds a little like a screen door, and I love the idea of the studio having an old rickety wooden screen door.
