Well, I'm not a huge fan or anything.  It's insanely over the top, of course, but the material allows for it, and visually it's very effective.  I have a bootleg copy that I bought on ebay for about $30.  The seller showed artwork but it arrived in just a plastic sleeve.

The streets of New Paltz rang with the strains of "Bye, Bye, Blackbird" for days after that movie was shown at the Academy Theatre.

Yup, naughty, hysterical nuns and Oliver Reed as a martyred priest/Christ figure.  Immensely silly.
