Is anyone else having trouble paying their pledge via credit/debit card?

I have to pay off a mouse pledge but WFMU isn't able to charge my debit card for the first installment.I called up Megan to make sure that she had the correct information, still no dice. I definitely have the funds in my account so I just don't get it.

I'm about to dust off my checkbook and make a mail-in payment to WFMU. While I'm doing this prehistoric type of activity, I was just wondering if any of you found yourselves in the same boat.

Same setup for me (monthly mouse via credit card), no problem though.

same happened to me. I figured I just typed my info wrong by mistake.

i also haven't been able to get in contact yet but its the weekend. call again tomorrow.

You called already, but I'd double check if there's a mix up with the credit card info Megan received.

Last year I had the same problem where I got a note mailed back saying she couldn't use my credit card. I was adamant that I wrote down the info in correctly, but to make sure I filled it out another payment form and sent it off. After that it went through so there must have been a mistake somewhere along the line. Mea culpa I'd wager.

Me too, but something got screwed up somewhere.  I just called with my info and was told that they had the wrong CC#.  Probably my fault, as I pledged via the web.

FYI, they're also late in getting some of the pledge sheets out in the mail, so hang tight if you're waiting on it or just make the attempt to pay online.

Got my pledge info in the mail today. I paid the pledge online when I made it, but the papers still said I owed the full amount. I just wrote a note explaining I'd already paid - hopefully that'll clear it up.

BTW, JM in the AM made over $20,000 today, so it looks like the station made its goal. With 2 more days of JM in the AM fund-raising to go, they should make a little extra. Good job everybody!
