Post by: Jason on March 30, 2008, 04:27:12 PM
I'm dissolving the wire board back into the general discussion.
It was fun.

That episode is also available on a TSOYA podcast for those who can't listen to WNYC.

I'll give you all some time alone.
Also, I'm dedicating the memory of this board to Erika.

No worries, son - it's all in the game.

This forum was just like the University of Maryland Pilot Program (in season 4).

The Wire board had no place on the FOT board.

If you could see my right hand right now, you'd see it first with three fingers up, imitating a "W" to represent the stem "what-," then you'd see it turn 90 degrees to your right, to imitate the letter "E," representing the ending, "-ever;" the two gestures together meaning to be taken to mean, "Whatever."

I was merely referencing the controversial poll (http://www.friendsoftom.com/forum/index.php/topic,1844.0.html) about the controversial formation of the controversial Wire board. (There was some controversy.)

Oh word??  Sorry - I actually missed the period when that poll was up, I guess.
I have board lapses when I go away.

I've been working hard to ignore the Wire Thread. This is a mixed bag of emotion... I won't have to work to ignore it anymore, but now I won't know when I'm walking blindly into some Wire debate. This seems like more work for me.

This should give my Flash Elements thread some much needed traction.
