The link to "Net Sales History" is particularly enlightening.

what's the difference between ISBN & ISBN-10 ? edition?

ISBN-10 is the international standard.

That's an assumed name; I anticipated the breathless fascination people would direct to me after they were turned on by the racy content.

So on the book front it's Dave From Knoxville - one, Tom - zero
Dave, is your book just transcripts of your lectures in 14 point Helvetica? Just kidding. Actually, I'm totally jealous. I suck at math, and I think it's pretty tough to fake a calculus textbook.
Dave From Knoxville for life!

Even if I bought the book, I can't imagine reading it. I'm glad people like Dave exist. He fills a void left by folks like myself.

Dave, that's more books than most of us have ever sold ... Except for me. But books stolen from a college locker-room and sold back to the campus book store MIGHT not count in this case.
-
It's just columns rating various calculus functions by whether people at Dave's place of business - and ones he talked to during a visit to his grandmother in Oregon - thought they were great, good or awful.
Wait, that's how all this mess started, isn't it?

Brilliant, buffcoat! I still can't believe Dave insists that Madness invented Ska.
