This could lead to some great comic moments. Has there ever been an intern on the show before?
-
i dont love it...i LURVE it!
-
is Squeaky the intern?
-
is Squeaky the intern?
I hope Squeaky takes calls during next year's marathon.
-
I like that the intern is apparently a college-bound racist!
-
I hate the intern and I think he's stupid and probably dumb also and I'm not at all jealous that he gets to do co-op at WFMU.
Nope.

Squeaky is not the intern - Squeaky actually RUNS the show. We all are lucky to be in it's presence.

Don't expect a repeat. Tom summarily chewed him out after the show for bringing me a piece of chocolate cake instead of vanilla.
-
Kids these days, huh?

I'm not going to defend him if he is a racist (and he probably is), but Temple is in a rough neighborhood.

I was kind of kidding, but if you wanna get serious about it, young white kids who use say something's "in the ghetto" does, actually, rub me the wrong way.
But how about we don't get serious about it?
I really was just joking.

I was going to take it to the next level but if you want to back down that's cool. One Love.
I actually think it was a dumb thing for him to say too. And I purposely didn't say that Temple is in a "bad" neighborhood, although "rough" might not be much better. "Ghetto" is not really acceptable at all. By the way, that song was your moment of triumph. Way to go.

im investing in a button maker in the near future. i think im going to make "The World Is In The Turlet" buttons.

I'm worried that this whole thing is going to play out like All About Eve. Fasten your seat belts, people.

This created an instant, frighteningly clear picture in my mind of the new intern in Tom's bedroom (black and white, with that big mirror), holding up Tom's sunglasses to his face and murmuring breathlessly, "Hey everybody! Best Show's back!"
um.

it could also go like swimming with sharks when the intern finally snaps and ties tom up.

Yeah, a college-bound racist piece of vermin. Remember my motto: CHILDREN UNDER AGE 25 SHOULD NEVER BE SEEN NOR HEARD !!!! I hoped that Tom promptly dismissed this miserable twit.

Spike, I'm confused as to where I might have seen or heard that motto before.

youre thinking of an episode of ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT: the school Buster went to when he was a kid said that children should be neither seen nor heard.
