Title: No show tonight 6/10

Or so says the WFMU page.

I hope it's a case of Tom taking a week off rather than his being sick or something. And here's hoping we get a classic "rerun" podcast for the week.

My bet? Tom wants to watch the NBA Finals so he can work on his Kevin Garnett impression for next week, since so many people adore SportsTalk. I would be one of the 7 people that would be glee-filled if this were true.

I was all excited to rejoin the chat tonight with my fancy new computer. Oh well, next week, Tom willing, marks the return of the six hours of power with Evan "Funk" Davies. Terribly exciting!

I'm pretty certain Tom is going to McCarren Pool to have his shades ridiculed at the Death Cab show. A well-deserved reprieve.

Too bad.  I usually work on Tuesdays, so listening live is a treat for me.  I got the night off at the last minute, and I was looking forward to the show.
