What was your mother's response, Omar? Here's what my response would have been: "You think that was a bad Halloween? Wait till you're older, much too old for wearing Halloween costumes, and you're pressured into wearing a costume to a work party? Think how awful that's going to be."

I don't recall the response.  My guess is that she found it amusing, though.  In retrospect, it seems like my anger made me a little too harsh in terms of my speculation that I would not be allowed to eat any candy.  While I was never given free reign to binge at will, my memory is that I was always allowed to partake of my loot without any severe restrictions.  And even if I was, I'd just hide a stash under my bed along with my s mags and sneak it.

Luckily, I've never been pressured into a work-based get-up.

It took me two readings to realize that was both numbers 2 and 10.

I hope I get pressured into Office Halloween someday so I can print that and turn it in as my resignation.
