Title: Singles reviews?

Is there a website like the shovel that reviews singles... I mean actually rates them and ranks them? I know Rate Your Music does a pretty good job, but most of the users are snobs who don't give pop a chance. Pitchfork used to review singles but it was kind of hidden and now it seems they don't do it at all until the end of the year.

That movie wasn't so great.  Matt Damon Dillon was better in My Buddyguard.

Yeah, not exactly Emerson but I like it anyway.

I'm actually looking for something more pop oriented. I rarely hear top 40 anymore since I don't have cable so I'm looking for a site that filters out the pop junk and mixes it in with indie... kind of like Pitchforks year end singles list.
