Is there a list somewhere of all the bands and artists that Tom has ever played on the Best Show? I thought I should ask before I go back and start compiling one.

Omar's recaps have mp3s of the songs played on the show: http://www.recidivism.org/tbsowfmu/ (http://www.recidivism.org/tbsowfmu/).

I actually almost never post the .mp3s of the actual songs ("Paris 1919" is an exception that comes to mind) Tom played, although there is a frequent overlap in terms of the artists. For example, I've often posted a different song from a band/album in a recap for a given show.
One of my upcoming Best Show projects was going to be compiling Best Show playlists -- perhaps it could be a group effort with different people taking different chunks of shows.

I didn't realize this. Have at it emdasher. I'd actually be interested to see which artist (besides ABBA) gets played the most.

I've Got a hunch as to which Band he plays Very much more than all others.
Did you get that? I believe Henry Rollins uses a similar technique in his poetry sometimes.

I think that "B" should be lowercase.

I follow the authoritative GBVDB.com for my Robert Pollard-related style tips. (Fowler's was silent on the issue.)
