Title: Help Locating a Tom Rant?

Having just watched I'm Not There, I was wondering on which episode Tom did his rant about the movie. I know that the Newbridctionary does a great job keeping track of Wurster bits so I thought we could keep this thread alive for future instances in which people need help locating some non-Wurster parts from the show

Is this the same show where the women calls up and tries to explain to Tom what it means?
