Title: Huge movie screen in North Jersey?

My wife and I have a chance to see Dark Knight tonight. Finally.  IMAX shows are all sold out.  Can you recommend a top-notch screen in northern New Jersey? Willing to drive ~30 miles, but not into Manhattan.

You could drive just under 40 miles to Nyack Palisades mall to see it in IMAX.

Unless they're sold out too.

Otherwise Ridgefield Park has decent theaters, and usually costs less (no IMAX)

If not there, then most other theaters - Paramus, Edgewater - are all the same (AMC/Loews).

Just book an IMAX ticket for later.  I saw it first at the biggest screen in DC and there was no comparison.

you guys rock. with kids, it is hard to wait, so need to see it tonight. i will check out palisades. weird, because it did not show up on the imax page last time i checked.

Yes! It's the mall Tom has talked about - with the ferris wheel & the gangster paintings that you can get yourself painted into. The greatest mall in America, which also happens to be sinking b/c it's greatness is so great, the Palisades can't handle it.
