obviously he's never been sexually harrassed.  maybe he needs a visit to the locker room at the local Y.

Sounds like that guy Yuri became a judge in his homeland.   

Oh, and for me this is another frustrating thing about our oil dependence. It keeps the tubular ruling parties in these oil-rich countries in power and insulated from change.
