Candid street photos of mundane scenes I think give a better flavor of what a place is actually like, than the kinds of photos you'd find in calendars.  Fun stuff.

i agree with this.  i become undeservedly upset with google maps when i cant get street view.

Ever since Google Street View covered Central Jersey I have been addicted to looking at people's houses and places that I know. It's so fun.
On the other hand, it frightens me that something like this exists. Whats next Google Street View Video? Double plus scary, indeed.
