I was relistening to one of the best Best Shows of all time today, the "best show law" episode.
The gavel sound effect was kind of weak. I considered sending Tom a gavel and block set:

Which I think could make not just an excellent prop for a DJ, but really for anyone at anytime. But being several years too late kind of puts a damper on things.
I also wondered whether there are any decent sound board/cart apps for OS X. This one

looks promising, but kind of expensive.
Maybe the H-Man will bring along his own Fred Norris type.
