Whatever, Lochte seems awesome.  They were playing "What's Up, Fatlip?" while he was playing with his skateboard.  Poor bastard. He just does stoner drawings.  I like him!

Let it go, you jealous foreigner. He spends like 12 hours a day training, so maybe you could give the guy a break if he's not quite down with Dan le Sac or whatever.
