... so I can buy the new Sarah Palin action figure (http://tech.spreadit.org/sarah-palin-dollpalin-action-figure-picture/)?

Most beautiful thing you've ever seen in your life, right?

Hot knees!

Is it otherwise anatomically correct?

Ugh, you'd swear the american public had never seen a girl before judging by how it's going on and on and on about this woman.

Ah, come on. People are just having fun with it! Women swooned over John Edwards and Bill Clinton too even though they aren't the hottest pieces around. ;D

Some women were into Bill Clinton and some women were into Tony Soprano ... it's an attraction to power and status. In a perverse way, I think there's a similar thing happening with Palin. Whoever made this action figure, I can imagine that person lusting after the mean, bitchy head cheerleader in high school. Palin's got that Mean Girl thing going on ... there's something very magnetic about that, even if you have no respect whatsoever for the object of lust. Beyond the sexual aspect, I think there's also a desire to reap the completely undeserved rewards and status that person is enjoying.
Thanks for tuning in to "Dimestore Psychoanalysis", with daveB ...

I hear where you're coming from daveb, I'm not so sure it works the both way, however. Maybe I'm projecting but it seems to me sometimes men objectify women sexually as a means of stripping them of power and knocking them down a notch.
On second though, considering how I don't like her much myself, carry on! ;D

Eh. I hear where you're coming from, but I think it's more likely that they lust after making a ton of money from current events action figures.

I think either case can be true. So ladies, please...there's enough ways for us to sexually objectify you to go around!

Seriously though* , who's got that $30 for me? My other action figure needs a playmate ...

OMG! I think that's why I like men with male pattern baldness, clean fingernails, and a distinguished nose who wear suits. I thought it was just strange taste, but there's nothing strange about power! WTF does that mean?
