To be fair, this is a concept I stole from Douglas Coupland, but I'm a new guy here, and I have to work somehow. anyway, mine would most likely be:
1. The Simpsons, pre-2000
2. Philadelphia celebrities and history
3. U.S. Rap Music 1987-1993
4. Things that Keith Richards has said/eaten/smoked/drank in interviews
5. U.S. Civil War history
bonus
6. Bruce Springsteen 1975-79
7. Marvel comics Contradictions
I'm sure this is off, but it's the best to my immediate estimation. Yeah, I'm well aware of how utterly nerdy these are, but those are the areas of my expertise. Weirdly enough, the list gets a lot nerdier after that.
Anyone else?

"I'll take GG Allin for $1000, Alex."

I'll see your nerdiness, and raise you the following:
1. U.S. Geography
2. Man's Best Friend

4. Typography
5. Film Noir
-- bonus --
6. The Civil Rights Movement
7. All About Iowa

What do I know about drinking other than how to? I am not obsessed with alcohol trivia unless it involves elephants storming a brewery, which I find fascinating. I didn't want to be make obscure references that the little people wouldn't understand, but I could really clean up on a category about the history of the epidemiology of infectious diseases. Before I was afraid of serial killers, I had a thing about of germs.

- Oz the TV show
I'm trying to think of a good answer that would require Trebeck to read the words "spoon" and "sexual assault" but I just can't come up with good phrasing.
I had many iterations, but ultimately I decided not to use the r-word, the a-r word, the m-r word, the s-a word or the m-on-m-r word. Anyone who's watched 5 seconds of Oz would get it immediately anyway.
PS There CAN'T be that many murders in prison, right? Cause Oz-style prisons would get the whole "too many Americans in prison" ratio down in about a week.
PPS That "spoon" thing was totally gratuitous and they only threw it in cause the show was almost over.

I've never been able to figure out what the world's tallest mountain is. Not Everest, it's just the highest elevation. I'm not taller than people in New York because I'm in Colorado. And not Mauna Kea because it's mostly underwater. I want to know what the tallest mountain, bottom to top is, regardless of elevation, and all on dry land.

True story: I had never seen an episode of Oz and had turned on HBO to watch whatever was on after it (Sopranos maybe?). Literally the first image of the show I ever saw was the spoon incident.

I know you can make a career out of being the person who photoshops the images, but I don't know about a lucrative position in detecting images that are photoshopped vs ones that aren't... maybe...

I dunno about a career either (though that would be fun), but job or no, you can make a blog about it (http://photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com/).

Thanks for answering the question for me, Bryan. Man, that is still fucking awful to watch all these years later. There's also the matter of the predatory portrait painter who locked Arnold in a room with Nasa crap so he could get all creepy with Kimberly in his apartment. Then there's the case of latter-day Kimberly returning for a very special I'm-a-crazy-bulemic episode. Actually, there's probably way more.

I actually recently saw an episode from the later years when the redhead kid was on and he gets kidnapped by some guy as a replacement child.

There's a Gimme A Break episode where Nell and the old guy binge out after trying to go on a diet. It's harrowing to watch. I seem to vaguely recall One Day At A Time having some real cringers as well.
