Dear Tom,
Recently Stephon Marbury, when asked to play by his Knicks coach, refused, despite drawing something like a $20 million salary this year. Marbury was apparently upset he had not played yet this year and has been told he is not part of the team's direction.
I was just wondering if this insubordination had ever happened with AP Mike, and what would you do if it did. I notice that AP Mike has what some might call a "churlish" attitude and has refused your requests before -- refusing to walk backwards to the store to get another apple juice.
