Title: A Favor To Ask

I'm relatively new to the show (last fall) and brand new to the boards, but my friend said I should post this as the "WFMU group is a really nice and generous group of people."

I'm wondering if any of you would be willing to help me reach my goal of raising $350 for Special Olympics Wisconsin?  I have only $65 to go!  I, along with thousands of others, will be taking the "Polar Plunge" into Lake Monona in Madison, WI next Saturday, the 21st.  I'm hoping not to die.

I just got this email today:

There's still some money coming in, but at the moment it looks like in 2009 8,369 Plungers raised a total of $1,293,000 for Special Olympics during the eleven Plunges in Wisconsin!
