I know a lot of the Maine FOT's will be all over this.  Reminds me of the bagel shop in Tampa, FL which used a similar business model.

Don't you usually want to be clothed when you're working with things like boiling hot water?

Emma it's just that kind of attitude that will prevent you from ever working in a topless coffee shop.
