I loved both Maude and The Golden Girls.  She was hilarious.

No, I've thought about it and I still say Barney Miller.

A lot of moments in the Golden Girls still hold up. I suppose this isn't surprising, as it was even funny to my prepubescent self, then.

I believe I heard the phrase "baloney pony" on the Golden Girls.  Sick.

You may have seen this, but it's a wonderful last word:

I will warn you: there is Pamela Anderson.

She was an inspiration and outspoken activist for gay rights and Peta Member. There was so much to her beyond Golden Girls (but I would never marginalize Golden Girls.)

She could trade barbs with the best of them. Bea was one of the greats.

Here is Bea and fellow homo-celebre Rock Hudson lamenting the youth. Made more hilarious because the old guard could party harder then 10 Mickey Rourke's drinking gasoline.

I didn't say she WAS Barney Miller.  Barney Miller was played by Hal Holbrook, everybody knows that.

Visit the 70s much?  I don't think ya do.

My favorite part of this is Rock Hudson repeatedly referencing poppers.

"You like that, guys? I just came up with that now! You guys know what poppers are?"
