Title: Big Star Box to replace Abba Box?

Saw this (http://pitchfork.com/news/35467-big-star-box-set-on-the-way/) today on shovel. Is it possible to replace Abba Box with Big Star Box?!?!

CAN THEY COEXIST IN THE SAME SPACE AND TIME?!

REMASTERED BIG STAR. This is good news.

Still, $70 for a 4-disc box set? Pretty steep, if you ask me.

It looks like it'll be a glorified best of with a bunch of filler.  I'll probably still get it though, I'm a sucker for big star.  Just got the reissues of the first two on glorious analog record. 

where's the grifter's box?

Pretty much. I'm quite satisfied with the versions I already own. The Faces box set that Rhino did, on the other hand, is amazingly good.

Fat Chance.  Dave and Scott have a new band called the New Mary Jane.  They should have a new record coming out soon.

Yes I saw them play at young street deli(is that what its called?) it was truely amazing.  Mine friend and I were completely geeking out.  So good.
