A demonstration on the steps of City Hall for the expansion of the Amusement Area of Coney Island in the city's plan to redevelop Coney.

Isn't that guy in the blue windbreaker a famous actor? Andrew something?

He looks like the poor man's Andrew McCarthy (although the real Andrew McCarthy is also the poor man's Andrew McCarthy).
