I'd recommend watching the video before reading the article.

onfrontation on Rice Street pits the venerable 418-restaurant straight-edged hamburger chain based in Columbus, Ohio, against a onetime exotic dancer from New Orleans who until recently worked selling bingo tickets at a St. Paul bar.

What thee hell a straight-edged hamburger?  For whom? ex-members of Fugazi?

Apparently what she had failed to mention on camera, was that whoever was working the drive-up window, had seen the pair of X's on the back of her hands.

One from Wendy's?  (I realize that's probably exactly what was meant; I'm just amazed I remembered that burgers from that joint are square.)

There's a lot of straight-edge food.  What about squagels?

Wait, what about this part:

Quote
Wade rolled away "madder than fish grease"

At least she wasn't at a Thai wedding...

The article did seem to misquote her slightly, but hopefully by printing what she had meant to say. I'm pretty sure that in the video clip she said, "They can butter me all they want...".

I'm really not ok with imagining anybody being buttered.
