I wonder if Tom will do anything with her awful quotes.
-
I doubt Tom has time for that prevert garbage.
-
Playboy is prevert garbage, huh? Great, just great.
-
This ho is also going to be in the Iron Man sequel. If she touches RDJ, I will cut off the offending hand.
-

With all due respect, methanolcereal, if you're in love with this picture, would you consider moving it up to the left as your thumbnail profile picture? It was sort of funny the first 7 or 8 times I saw it, but I am over it.
Of course, it's not a demand, simply a request to consider it.
Thanks,
dfk

just Hipster Garbage playing dress up. Think this might be in Vancouver, b/c the dunce on the left used to be around a bit there. I believe this is her on the cover of an album by local BC raunch-rockers SpreadEagle.
ok, ok. I will admit that she's pretty smokin', BUT ONLY in a meta-post-ironic 8th-grade-fantasy type way.
now I gotta go google some pics of that chick from Lavender Diamond to cleanse the shame away.
-
Oh, I assumed it was some screengrab from those Cupcake Girls/Whores. But, you know, I wasn't sure since I didn't see Katie Gilbert's dicknose in the picture.
-
Who's Olivia Munnch?
-
If she's posing, thank goodness I only pick it up for the articles.

With all the GG Allin talk during the JW calls (was there a lot of it earlier this year, or was it just me?), I stumbled across that pic, allegedly containing two of his fans post-show. I guess no one else thought it was as funny as I did.
Anyway, ten dollars says she does a non-nude photo shoot.
-
20 says she's already a Suicide Girl. Or a God's Girl. Or whatever the girls are doing these days.

I was talking about Olivia Munn.
-
Is she still in the Hate Pit, or did she move to the 'I Don't Care' Pit?

I've never heard mention of Olivia being taken out of the Hate Pit, and believe me I'm listening for it!
I am proud of her for sticking to her guns and not going nude in Playboy (didn't see it, but heard her talking to Dr. Drew about it) AND for making it past her scariest obstacle on Ninja Warrior. Now if she could just stop confusing "mean" for "funny."
-

I'm pretty upset about this.
The only monsters in Iron Man movies should be 300ft tall and getting lasered in the face!
-
I'd never heard of this woman until she was mentioned on the show and had no strong feelings about her one way or the other in spite of her Hate Pit membership, but if her appearance on this week's I Love Movies podcast is any indication, Tom was quite right to throw her in said Pit. She came across as a huge jerk. The story that put me over the edge was when Ondi Timoner (director of Dig) appeared on Ms. Munn's show with her young child in tow. When Munn used the f-word in front of the child, Timoner asked that Olivia please not use such language in front of her child, which prompted Munn to call her a really rude word that I'm loathe to type. Munn's reasoning for being so upset over this seemingly reasonable request? "That's the energy on our show."
I'm thinking the Hate Pit might be too good for her.
-
I would just like to announce that I would do a nude scene, but only if it was both tasteful and artistically justified. That is all.
-
This is going to jump-start your career!

I think it's unreasonable to bring a kid to a TV set and then demand that the host use appropriate language to cater to it. but even though I think she was right, the way she presented and handled it was embarrassing. "FUCK THAT BITCH NO ONE TELLS ME WHAT TO DO - GUYS, DONT YOU HATE BITCHY WOMEN? I SURE DO. ALL THEY DO IS NAG. LETS KILL SOME BEERS AND TALK ABOUT HALO, FELLAS. DO YOU GS THINK THIS BRA FITS OR IS IT TOO SMALL?"
They also discussed funny names for sex positions. "Ever heard of a Flamin' Bullseye!?" Guuhhhh.
It was not good.
-
I'm tastefully nude right now!
Under my clothes.

Fair enough, but I do think not cursing in front of a child is more a matter of common courtesy than an imposition, although whether or not you agree with that depends, I suppose, on how important you consider the freedom to curse. For instance, if someone brings their kid over to my house, I would, as a matter of courtesy, refrain from cursing in front of the child even though I suppose I'd be within my rights to say, "This is my house and I'll say anything I want."

Yea, but bringing your kid to a television show filming, then making demands of the host? You can't demand that people censor themselves ON THEIR OWN TELEVISION SHOW PERFORMANCE. "You guys, this episode of The Sopranos needs to be clean, the 2nd A.D. brought his nephew to work." That's like bringing your kid to a comedy club and asking the stand-up to keep it clean.
Again, she's plenty hateable for other reasons.
-
Also, has somebody mentioned she's not actually naked in this? Sorry to disappoint!
-
She's smart. The second that woman gets naked, it's all over for her.
-

As I understood the story, the swear in question took place off-camera, i.e. during a commercial break or something. If it was an on-camera, scripted profanity, that's another thing.
Again, I'm not arguing with you since I think we're pretty much on the same side of this argument.
-
She makes my peeper sad.

In which episode does she get banished to the Hate Pit?

I agree with all of this in general, but I want to point out that if you listen to Munn tell this story, she was cursing during the commercial break. Their show isn't on Showtime, after all! They don't curse during the actual show, she just couldn't help from cursing on set when the cameras were off.
Either way, Munn comes off sounding so much worse than the director in question.
-
Munn is the type of person who loves attention whilst simultaneously hating/shitting on every single person who shows her this attention. If ever there was a case of someone whose obvious natural beauty is completely ruined by their disgusting personality, it's her. Also she loves drifting (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drifting_(motorsport)).
-
She's cute and mean, which can be sexy, but unfortunately doesn't translate into funny - what I think she is going for.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LwyrgGIfnE
-
Wow. She is horrifically unfunny and apparently everybody tells her that she is, because she has entered into a whole new arena here, where she's actually doing character work. But she deserves the humiliation of thinking you're funny when you're not - one of the Top Five Humiliations - because she's a mean and horrible person.
Tom.
-
A lot of guys like her because she's just one of the guys! Unfortunately, that type of guy is a giant asshole.

Bah, give me Erin Andrews any day over Olivia Munn... she's beautiful and just one of the guys too, but seems really cool and nice, and can talk sports instead of video games.
-
Ugh, I was writing a reply about why I hate Olivia Munn and G4 television* but then realized I was wasting energy and brain power on them.
*Ninja Warrior is awesome.
-
I will take Julie Klausner over Olivia Munn 99 days out of 100.
-
*Ninja Warrior is awesome.
It's my 2-year-olds favorite show. She loves watching people fall in the water. I like it too, but I wish they'd show the ridiculous Unbeatable Banzuke again. I like shows where virtually no one wins.

I enjoyed G4 when the channel was actually focused on VIDEO GAMES.
-
She's attractive and all, except for when she talks. She made some comment on A.O.T.S. one time about some kind of absorbent object "soaking up" her "vagina juice". I don't care how "hot" someone is, that just some gutter-ass shit to say. eewww.

I'm pretty sure one of them is having steam come out of your ears when you eat something too spicy.

Ninja Warrior IS awesome. Truly a testament to all that is good about human beings: A bunch of people having a good time, trying their strength and agility, and EVERYBODY wanting EVERYBODY to win. It warms the heart to see the Ninja Warrior All Stars cheering for even the most unlikely participants, because only the obstacles are the enemy.
Banzuke was decent too and yes, I really don't think I've ever seen anyone beat any event on that crazy show.

It must have to do with ratings and focus groups. They happen to stumble upon a idea tangential to their stated programming that gets a following, then they keep hammering away until people think all of 'history' encompasses lumberjacks and truckers driving on ice.

So you're saying I should star tuning into the Daily Show again?

or since they stopped showing that head-crushing clip from The Story of Billy
-
Ricky, not Billy, you Category-III-dummy.
I'm not sure I like the addition of Munn to the Daily Show roster. She did OK in that first segment, though.
-
She's on an upcoming sitcom, too (that Jen Kirkman will be writing for). She's really going places.
-
Frank DeCaro was hilarious. The shot of him staring lecherously at that hot dog before each of his segments never failed to make me laugh.
-

Three months til she's doing a call-in to The Mike Show.
-
So I missed the boat on this, but why is it a thing to rip on Olivia? I mean, I heard some valid things Tom said, or laughed and agreed from time to time... but never anything that might have "started it". Is it just because she's kind of dumb and very "HEY LOOK AT ME!" ?
-
I think it started when she went to some convention or other where she tried to humiliate some geeks.
-
I don't really know much about her, but she was terrible and unfunny on I Love Movies.
-
She lures young boys into sin. Because, as we know, men would never commit sins without women making them.
