Hello fellow FOT,
I have recently relocated to the nyc area, and am searching for some kind of work in the art/ media/ design field. Entry-level or decent internships as well. My skill set covers everything from the Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling, HTML/CSS Web design and audio production. I am pretty much looking for ANYTHING that would help me get my foot in the door. I will appreciate ANY help or suggestions as to where to begin looking. PM me or email at kickthebobo@gmail.com. feel free to text/call me as well at 401-345-1870 with any leads.
some of the type of stuff I have done:

ALSO: If anyone needs ANY kind of design work done on-the-cheap, I am totally available. CD covers, gig posters, print ads, etc. feel free to contact me. Doesn't have to be locally.
Thanks so much!

Holy shit. I guess I should've known, but the amount of FOT related art you've done is amazing. Had no idea you designed so much official stuff!
Come on people, the fact that KtB isn't swamped with high-paid jobs is a disgrace!

After seeing that H-Man animation, I won't sleep for weeks, you bastard. You're a perfect fit for NYC.
-
Just emailed you a job listing at my company. Best of luck to you.

Why the change from the "beta" version of the Zest for living sticker?
ps, I despair for graphic designers. People have shitty taste.

I usually end up doing dozens of drafts of stuff like that, and since we were under the gun to get them printed up we just used an earlier, less refined version.
The 'Karate Fist' one went through like 20 different iterations (hey, i never mind honing my skills) some of which were much cleaner. I think what we ultimately tried to mimic was the look from one of those comic book ads. like so:

KTB,
I just forwarded your stuff to this guy I know who is managing some pretty major website overhauls. I don't know if he is looking, but it is worth a shot.

I was gonna post here to say "me too, minus NY and the coding work", but good lord KTB, you designed the love lump hoax! I've seen that all over the internet! You are a machine and anyone would be crazy not to hire you, just based on that alone.

Congrats on the move, KTB! Rhode Island could not contain your talents. They need room to spread out!
(If I grow a pair, I'll be moving up there in the next year or so)

Where? To Rhode Island?
-
Exactly. My talents would do just fine in a Woonsocket or a Pawtucket.

I am in no way capable of assisting you (and for that I am sincerely sorry) - I just wanted to say for like the billionth time that you are scary talented and also that that I-Ron's Reggae Challenge logo is still one of the greatest things I have ever, ever, ever seen. Ever. Everyone should hire you all the time, for everything.
