Please share the websites you visit daily that are not as well known as you feel they should be.
So not Slate or HuffingtonPost, for example, but
http://www.thehousenextdooronline.com/ (movies, and some tv, criticism)
http://www.seriouseats.com/ (food blog, probably actually is well known to those interested, but also includes Slice, all about pizza and
A Hamburger Today)
http://www.wisebread.com/ (personal finance + frugality)
-
I don't technically visit these since they're just in my RSS reader (NetNewsWire) and I only go to them when they're updated. BUT
http://www.acontinuouslean.com/
Clothes and things
http://laudatortemporisacti.blogspot.com/
Guys mostly gives quotes from the insane number of classics he reads, and talks about underappreciated tropes (old men planting trees as a sign of wisdom)
http://www.kottke.org
I've been reading Jason Kottke for more than 10 years. He infuriates me with his love of Malcom Gladwell and shit music but he's still better at the Internet than anyone.
http://www.themorningnews.org/
And especially their headline feature.

Jinni (http://www.jinni.com/home.html)
Basically like Pandora for movies.
Atdhe.net (http://atdhe.net/)
Great index of illegal internet streams of sporting events.
-
http://www.c-town.us/chinatown/index.php (http://www.c-town.us/chinatown/index.php) (HA!)
http://www.themudflats.net/ (http://www.themudflats.net/) (Alaskan political blog)

Can I just share my google reader feed? There is so much.

The Comics Curmudgeon - Making fun of Mary Worth for about five years now.
http://www.xkcd.com
Best and nerdiest internet comic ever.
http://www.motleymoose.com
Great source for real and thoughtful political discourse without the hatred, zealotry and trolling.
http://www.amazon.com
A very good source where you can buy books and CDs at good prices.

The 90s Internet cartoon that utterly destroyed my sense of right and wrong:

I second the Comics Curmudgeon.

http://www.avoidthisjob.com/
A PFT-endorsed round-up and deconstruction of craigslist job postings. Funny stuff.

Book reviews, features, etc.

I certainly don't visit daily, but I usually check in on Mondays, when www.kunstler.com publishes a new Clusterfuck Nation column. James Kunstler writes about peak oil, the environment and the economy. He's very repetitive, and I've got some reservations about his tone, and some of his politics, but I basically think he's right on the money about the way the future will look.

I've lately been pleased with James Urbaniak of Venture Brothers fame. Both is Twitter feed http://twitter.com/JamesUrbaniak/ and his blog http://urbaniak.livejournal.com/
You guys probably already know that one but here is one that may be new to you http://westwhim.com/ I have exchanged an email with the person behind this one but I don't know them personally. It's a nice collection of personal artifacts, found items and links to cool stuff.
Finally, this guy is a friend of mine and I could be biased but I think he's quite amusing http://jasonpermenter.com/ he also looks like he could be related to me and I continue to remind him that he's an FOT waiting to happen.

http://thedailywtf.com/
(worse than failure) - tales of tech horrors, only probably enjoyable to tech people
http://icelandweatherreport.com/
