Title: Free Copy Of Hippy Justice
Post by: Zeke0 on September 28, 2009, 09:39:07 PM
Due to a shipping delay by the USPS and the exemplary customer service at www.scharplingandwurster.com, I now find myself with two copies of Hippy Justice.

One of these copies, I would like to make available to any one of you who would like it, free of charge.

I'd prefer to supply it to someone who wants it, but does not necessarily have the means to purchase it.

Let me know!

Are you... Eureka Zeke?!

Also that's a nice offer. I'd take you up on it but I plan on purchasing those CD's myself in the future so I won't take advantage of your generosity.

return it.

Your heart's in the right place but really the responsible thing for you to do is return the CD.

Did you pay for both? If not, definitely return the second. When I posted earlier, I did it with the assumption that you'd paid for both copies.

The way the first post is worded, he was given two CDs on purpose.

Why does he have to return a copy? Everyone settle down and enjoy a free CD from the nice fella.

It sounded to me as though he ordered it, the package didn't arrive, he contacted S&W, they sent him a replacement, and then the slow-moving package reached him.  If that is in fact what happened, then he should definitely return the duplicate.

Hippies like you all are why this whole financial crisis happened - and to think it all got blamed on defenseless corporate executives.

Use the spare copy to convert someone.  Approach people in parks and tell them you want to introduce them to a two-inch racist.

Hi everyone,  thanks for the feedback.

I've contacted S&W, and they have requested the duplicate CD be returned, so that is what I'll do.

Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up.

You probably opened the package and so couldn't just scrawl "return to sender" across it.  Too bad, if so: not only is that strangely fun to do, you also don't have to pay return postage.

Good for you Zeke0.  I have ordered merch from them on several (3 or 4 I think) occasions and once i didn't get my package - was told it was sent.  I believe them.  I was just checking to see if it had got lost in the shuffle and jon said he sent it and he didn't know what happened.  I assume that because of where i lived and that my mail slot could not fit packages that they left it on the floor of my complex, and some jerk took it.  I just wanted confirmation it was sent, and would have just reordered, but it was already sent out by the time i checked my email, so I couldn't tell them not to.

What i am saying is they are responsible and ethical, so kudos to you for doing the right thing.
