Title: Who is Dylan Milford?

I didn't hear this show, but there was someone who called the show identifying himself as Dylan Milford, the president of the LA Chapter of the Spike Fan Club. Is it just me, or does he sound just like Al Franken in the show intro that we've all heard many times. Who is this really? Never mind, I don't really need to know that.
