Now, before I post this, remember the message of the Frangry incident; I am not calling for Jihad or retribution of any sort, but this is such a breach of etiquette I feel like members of the community need to know about it.
This is a link to the episode of Night People from October 1st. Please understand, this is a caller's comment, not the guys who host the show, who are consistently supportive of the station and the station's shows; this is a caller who perhaps has spent his entire life saying things that he didn't really mean (if his earlier calls to Night People are any indication; he starts his call with an apology about hsi call from the previous week's show.) Go to the 29:30 mark, and take your blood pressure pills.

I dunno, it's hard for me to get upset about that. I obviously disagree with the guy, but he's just expressing an opinion, and the fact that the hosts cut him off before he got any steam going makes it nothing more than a minor annoyance.

Did they just hang up on him for that? Or maybe my player skipped. Helps when there's a "heave ho," or something.

Yeah, they cut the guy off. Plus he didn't really sound like he was fully clued in anyway.

I cant think of something that bothered me less than that call.
And the Night People are cool dudes. I really like their show a lot. And I'm gonna stop by sooner than they think.

Yeah, I just started listening to Night People a while ago, and it's a very fun show. Makes those long nights fly by.
As for this guy who called, just don't feed the trolls and they go away.

I like the show a lot, I was just unimpressed (to say the least) with his use of "schtick" and particularly "fool". Plus I probably have carry over bad feelings from his previous week's call. (He basically informed an in-studio guest that he was doing psychedelics improperly, and called him "naive". My condescension detector goes up to 11 whenever he starts speaking.)

He sounded a lot like an alcoholic cousin of mine who starts every phone call apologizing for his last one.

My favorite part about the Night People podcast is that when I put it on and that theme song comes to an end, all of a sudden I remember that I am indeed listening to a podcast, not tripping out on mescaline at a Stanley Kubrick theme party. Then I listen to the show and I'm less sure again.
