Title: Anybody want to help get this site ship shape?
Post by: Jason on February 22, 2007, 11:07:27 AM
Ahoy,

OK, I do have a fantastic plan for this site but I cannot do it by myself and even if I could it would take forever.
If anyone wants to help or discuss the future of this site then please get in touch, either PM me or email jason@friendsoftom.com

Jason.

Jason,

I love you and TBS show site, and I would bleed out of my eyes in support, but sadly I do not have time to provide labor right now, but in terms of moral or coneptual assistance I am on your side, when times get rough...<breaks into song>
And friends just cant be found,
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down.
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down.

When youre down and out,
When youre on the street,
When evening falls so hard
I will comfort you.
Ill take your part.
When darkness comes
And pains is all around,
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down.
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down.

Sail on silvergirl,
Sail on by.
Your time has come to shine.
All your dreams are on their way.
See how they shine.
If you need a friend
Im sailing right behind.
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind.
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind.

I used singing to text software.

e-mail me if there is something I can do, but I am wickedly over obligated. Some of the younger FOT with time to burn need to step up.

I have no web design or code skills or anything like that, but if it's something more straightforward, I could help!

Petey,

I think you are a nice and talented young man, and I like you, but that was the most FWDesque thing I've ever heard you say.

Us adult folks have jobs, and responsibilities and can't always do the 1000000000 tasks at hand without help.

Don't be a jackass, lend a hand.

I'm willing to help, but bear in mind that I can't go online at work and couldn't post a Youtube clip without you holding my hand. I'm just sayin'.

Jason,

I would love to contribute.  I swim in XHTML and CSS.  Let's do it.

Thanks everyone who offered to help (except Petey). I'm gonna keep the team small, too many cooks and all that, so I pretty much went with whoever emailed me first.
You will all get a chance to play your part when the new site arrives. Great things are coming I promise you, but not today as I am contending with what Withnail refers to as "a bastard behind the eyes".
